So I'm in a synthpop band now. My friend wants a Juno 106, but he wants to hear a song that exmplifies its sound. Any pointers? MP3 would be way helpful. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

just thought i'd say how much i'm enjoying the new figurine cd "the heartfelt" on march records. it's not really idm; it's more "pop-idm" complete with boy/girl vocals that aren't done through a vocoder. fans of solvent (and stuff like that) will love it. i highly, highly recommend it... thanks- roy ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ brasilia http://www.unovis.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

this is not a statement, more like a question, I heard that ae's "eutow" was made with the juno 106 too, is that true? if so it would be a great example of the synth ----- Original Message ----- From: "roby" <mintycuts@yahoo.com> To: "Andrew Hime" <hime1@gte.net>; <idm@hyperreal.org>; <txraves@onramp.net> Sent: Sunday, September 30, 2001 1:04 PM Subject: Re: [idm] Juno 106

Yes it is. Also, all the deep murky growling basslines used by Ae are also a Juno. Such as the bassline from Clipper, the bassline from their remix of Dominique Dalcan, the bassline from the japanese track on Tri Repetae (forgot the name), the bassline on Keynell 3, and the bassline/lead on Ae's remix B of Keynell. I was able to recreate the sound on my Juno and it's great! I use the keyboard for it's pads and that bass sound... heh. -Mark Henderson Jesse wrote:
